Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with the garlic butter mixture.

- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
