  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, sautéed garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour any remaining garlic butter over the stuffed shells.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  8. Garnish with extra parsley before serving.
