- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, sautéed garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour any remaining garlic butter over the stuffed shells.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with extra parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding some lemon zest to the filling.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
