- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the lobster meat and cheddar cheese.
- Drop the dough onto a baking sheet and form into biscuit shapes.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture on top of each biscuit.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a little kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
- Serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
