  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the milk and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the lobster meat and cheddar cheese.
  6. Drop the dough onto a baking sheet and form into biscuit shapes.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture on top of each biscuit.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes
