Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until slightly thickened.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush them with the garlic butter sauce.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
