- 4 beef chops
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the beef chops with salt and black pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef chops and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add the garlic and remaining butter to the pan.
- Baste the chops with butter while cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
