- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Toss the potato wedges in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
- Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
