- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces spaghetti
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the shrimp, cooking until they’re pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add white wine and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti and parsley; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
- This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to two days.
- For added flavor, consider using lemon juice or zest.
