- 4 ribeye steaks
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
- In the same skillet, add the baby potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add garlic and remaining butter to the skillet and stir until fragrant.
- Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over them for flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steaks for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
