Ingredients

  • 4 ribeye steaks
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
  4. In the same skillet, add the baby potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and remaining butter to the skillet and stir until fragrant.
  6. Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over them for flavor.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
