Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Pasta: Easy Indulgence

This dish combines tender steak bites in a rich garlic butter sauce served alongside creamy Alfredo pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bites
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add the steak bites and mix gently.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the garlic according to your taste.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
