- 1 pound steak, cut into bites
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add the steak bites and mix gently.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the garlic according to your taste.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
