- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Slice the zucchinis and season them with salt.

- Grill the bread with butter on one side and add cheese and zucchini on the unbuttered side.
- Cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, then flip to toast the other side.
- Serve warm.
