  • 1 turkey breast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for gravy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
  5. Roast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest.
  7. For the gravy, use the pan drippings, and thicken with cornstarch if desired.
  8. Slice the turkey and serve with the gravy.
