- 1 turkey breast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for gravy)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
- Roast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest.
- For the gravy, use the pan drippings, and thicken with cornstarch if desired.
- Slice the turkey and serve with the gravy.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
- You can add vegetables to the roasting pan for added flavor.
