Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add chopped broccoli and julienned carrots to the skillet.
- Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables.
- Stir-fry for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season with black pepper and serve hot.
