  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough around it, sealing tightly.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
