- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough around it, sealing tightly.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional parmesan before baking.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
