- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese before baking.
