  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For added flavor, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese before baking.
