  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and cut into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For an added kick, include a dash of cayenne pepper to the turkey mixture.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
