- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- These are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
