- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Stir in both types of cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
- Fill each biscuit with a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture, then fold and seal the dough.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
