- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties and place a piece of cheese in the center of each.
- Wrap the biscuit dough around each patty, sealing completely.
- Place the wrapped bombs on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
