Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Once risen, press the dough into a greased baking pan and create dimples with your fingers.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
