- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
