- 2 bagels
- 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, minced garlic, grated parmesan, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Slice the bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the cottage cheese mixture generously onto each bagel half.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can sprinkle additional parmesan on top before baking.
