- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces German chocolate, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and melted German chocolate.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then spread sour cream on top. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.

- For an extra touch, garnish with chocolate shavings or nuts.
