Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces German chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and melted German chocolate.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Let cool, then spread sour cream on top. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
