- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup turkey bacon, chopped
- ½ cup chicken ham, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash until smooth.
- Add flour, egg, and salt to the mashed potatoes, stirring until combined.
- In a pan, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
- Form potato mixture into dumplings and fill with bacon and ham mixture.
- Boil dumplings in salted water until they float to the top.
- Remove dumplings and sauté in butter until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
