Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil to create a marinade.
  3. Place the pork in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. While the pork is marinating, rinse the jasmine rice under cold water.

  7. Grill the pork for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
