Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the spinach, feta, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add olive oil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixture and stir well.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
