- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mix.
- Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then spread caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips.
- Roll the cake tightly and chill before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Chill the roll overnight for better slicing.
