- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup double cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- In a bowl, mix chicken ham, turkey bacon, and double cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some herbs into the filling mixture.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
