Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, milk, and cream; let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix the egg mixture into the bread mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, until set.
- While baking, prepare the vanilla sauce by whisking together some sugar, cream, and vanilla in a pot over medium heat until warm.
- Serve the bread pudding warm, drizzled with the vanilla sauce.
