Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup crème de menthe liqueur
  • ½ cup green food coloring
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and crème de menthe until fully combined.
  5. Add green food coloring to achieve the desired color, mixing well.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth out the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle chocolate chips on top as garnish.
