Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt to the mixture.
