Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
- Warm the pita breads and spread tzatziki sauce on each.
- Add the sliced chicken and top with tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce.
- Wrap the pita and enjoy your homemade Greek chicken gyros.
