Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onions, diced
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, red onions, and grapes.
- Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on lettuce leaves or in a sandwich.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for easier meal prep.
