- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them on the grill.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In a saucepan, add the heavy cream and minced garlic, cooking on low heat.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Steam the broccoli until tender.
- To serve, slice the chicken and place it over the steamed broccoli, drizzled with the creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil mixture for a few hours before grilling.
