Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and place them on the grill.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. In a saucepan, add the heavy cream and minced garlic, cooking on low heat.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  8. To serve, slice the chicken and place it over the steamed broccoli, drizzled with the creamy garlic sauce.
