- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Cut the lobster tails down the middle and gently open them up.
- Brush the garlic lemon butter sauce over the lobster tails.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill shell side down and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the tails and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve with additional garlic lemon butter sauce on the side.

- For best results, use fresh lobster tails.
- Tail size may affect cooking time; adjust accordingly.
