Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  4. Cut the lobster tails down the middle and gently open them up.
  5. Brush the garlic lemon butter sauce over the lobster tails.
  6. Place the lobster tails on the grill shell side down and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Flip the tails and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  8. Serve with additional garlic lemon butter sauce on the side.
