  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the tops of the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat.

  4. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Place lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for about 5-6 minutes.
  6. Flip the tails and continue grilling for another 5-6 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
