- 2 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the tops of the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for about 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the tails and continue grilling for another 5-6 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Remove from the grill and brush with additional butter before serving.
Notes
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster to keep it tender.
