- 1 pound mushrooms
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Wrap each mushroom with a slice of turkey bacon.
- Place the bacon-wrapped mushrooms on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
