Ingredients

- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons jelly or jam
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
- Spread jelly on the other slice of bread.
- Close the sandwich and butter the outside of each slice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Grill until golden brown on one side, then flip and grill the other side. Allow the cheese to melt before removing from heat.
- Cut in half and serve warm.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using almond or cashew butter.
- Experiment with different types of jelly.
