Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 6-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and feta cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  7. Toss the salad with the dressing and top with sliced steak.
