  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the flank steak.
  3. Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix avocado, lime juice, cilantro, and tomatoes to make the salsa.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble the tacos by layering sliced steak and avocado salsa on the tortillas.

Notes

  • For spicier tacos, add jalapeños to the avocado salsa.
