  • 8 corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the flank steak.
  4. Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing some steak on each tortilla, then top with avocado, lime juice, cilantro, and red onion.
