Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 whole wheat wraps
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the zucchinis for about 5-7 minutes on each side until tender and charred.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with dill and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay the grilled zucchini on the wraps, add chickpeas and crumbled feta on top.
- Drizzle with the herbed yogurt sauce and wrap tightly.
- Slice in half and serve fresh.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or protein sources to customize your wrap.
