Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add the water and gravy mix to the skillet, and bring to a simmer.
- In a separate pot, prepare the mashed potatoes by heating the butter and milk with the potatoes until creamy.
- Season the mashed potatoes with salt and pepper.
- Serve the ground beef and gravy over the mashed potatoes.

- This dish can be made with homemade mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave.
