Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the orzo and reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Cook until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese before serving.

- This recipe can be made with ground turkey for a lighter option.
