Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and butter, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese with powdered sugar and food coloring.
- Pour half of the brownie mixture into the pan, then dollop the cream cheese mixture and top with the remaining brownie mix.
- Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Allow to cool before slicing.
