- 12 slider buns
- 8 ounces ham, sliced
- 8 ounces cheese, such as Swiss or cheddar
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the ham and cheese on top of the buns.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it over the cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter mixed with Dijon mustard and poppy seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
