- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each cheese stick with a slice of turkey bacon.
- In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each bacon-wrapped cheese stick in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Place the sticks on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- For extra flavor, add other seasonings to the breadcrumb mixture.
