Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each cheese stick with a slice of turkey bacon.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each bacon-wrapped cheese stick in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the sticks on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • For extra flavor, add other seasonings to the breadcrumb mixture.
