- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, green beans, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese and then arrange tater tots over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- This casserole can be customized with other vegetables as well.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
