- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of jars.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and butterscotch sauce; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with brown sugar and salt until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Spoon into jars over the crust.
- Drizzle additional butterscotch sauce on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of butterscotch bits.
- These jars can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
