- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with rice and grilled pineapple for a complete meal.
