- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken on the grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
